In the course of the project, the team developed a number of constructive and innovative solutions related to the housing of device, hardware, and software. The main thing is that we managed to combine all the developed solutions into a single working system.
The first HandyUsound prototype was successfully tested by well-known Ukrainian ultrasound specialists. In particular, by Oleg B. Dynnyk, PhD, Honored Doctor of Ukraine, President of the NGO "Ukrainian Association of Ultrasound Diagnostics Specialists (UAUDS)".
It was found that the prototype operates stably and its characteristics correspond to an expert-class ultrasound diagnostics system.
In addition, the HandyUsound prototype was tested by experts from around the world at the European Congress of Radiology 2022, held in Vienna on July 13-17, 2022, and at the international exhibition MEDICA 2022, held in Dusseldorf on November 14-17, 2022.
Subsequently, the Smart Medical Products team developed a pre-production sample of HandyUsound, which took into account additional wishes of Ukrainian and European opinion leaders in the field of ultrasound diagnostics.
The system is currently undergoing preclinical testing. In addition, we plan to start certification of the device in the EU in the nearest future.
The R&D and marketing departments are working on the development of the following ultrasound diagnostic systems.

We launched the Art Project to make as many people as possible understand and feel that diagnostics is a real art.
The idea is that it is the doctors who express their personal vision and perception of diagnostics through art.
During the PUBLIC HEALTH 2023 exhibition, at the Smart Medical Products stand, with the support of a professional artist, doctors are creating the painting "The Art of Diagnostics".
The painting "The Art of Diagnostics" will become a real masterpiece of contemporary art! Each participant of the Art Project will definitely receive it on the calendar for 2024 and will be able to decorate their office with it. We plan to establish a creative community and organize various events that will add creative energy and positive impressions to doctors.
